What you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, city or ZIP code, and project description. You may also share a phone number, display interest, and preferred timing. Please avoid including sensitive information or an exact street address in this initial inquiry.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible lighting display, confirm service availability, and prepare a quote. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, send an automatic customer email, or book an installation.

How the form is processed

The website runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Our server sends inquiry notifications through Resend to the owner’s Gmail mailbox. These services process the inquiry to deliver and store the message. Resend receives the form fields and your email as the Reply-To address.

For abuse prevention and safe retries, Cloudflare D1 stores a submission reference, a hash of the submitted data, timestamps, processing status, and a provider message identifier. Rate limits use a salted hash of a network address, not an address stored in plain text. Rate-limit records become eligible for deletion within a day; submission records become eligible after seven days. Expired records are deleted on the next form attempt. Inquiry emails remain in the owner’s mailbox as needed for the quote conversation and business records.

Cookies and tracking

We do not add advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or customer accounts. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Form details stay on the page during a failed send and are not stored in browser local storage.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the inquiry form to ask about your information or request its deletion. We’ll use your contact details to respond. If we’ve already replied to your inquiry, you may reply to that conversation instead.
